CUVEE EXCEPTIONNELLE

This handcrafted cuvée, vinified manually in new French oak barrels, carries the elegance of mellow wood flavours, a nose of red and black fruits with hints of toasted pepper. The entire vinification process takes place in the same barrel from fermentation to maturity. This integrated winemaking method (called "Vinification Intégrale" in French) preserves the grapes' aromatic potential. At first, barrels are filled with the grapes harvested and sorted on the estate. Once fermented, they are vertically pressed in large oak casks. The wine is then put back in the same barrels for a 24-month maturation to achieve an exceptional result!

CUVEE PASSION

Dedicated to the estate's founder, who passed away a few years ago, this cuvée is a genuine promise that the best is yet to come! This elegant wine of a beautiful garnet red on raspberry reflections offers a fine and subtly oaky bouquet. Your palate will appreciate both a brief cellaring as well as an immediate tasting of this fat, round cuvée with a well-balanced tannin structure that maintains the balance of the wine intact, reaching a subtle complexity.

CUVEE EXCELLENCE

This wine is rich in ripe fruit and deliciously woody aromas on the nose, with merlot making up 60% of the blend, alongside cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc. It is firm, fleshy, full-bodied, and equally woody on the palate. This luscious cuvée will fully reveal itself after a few years of ageing.
